Ayaansh Leadership Academy offers a number of courses to include, SSB Capsule for two weeks, Mission NDA – a two year course for students of Classes XI & XII, a four month course for written examination preparations for NDA/ CDS/ AFCAT/ INET, a short course for improving communication skills.

Maj Gen RS Bhadauria is an alumnus of Sainik School Chittorgarh, the National Defence Academy Kharagwasla and the Indian Military Academy Dehradun. He was commissioned as an officer of the Indian Army on 09 Jun 1984 and joined the elite GRENADIERS Regiment. During his service spanning over 37 years, he has served in almost all parts of the country including Jammu and Kashmir and the North Eastern states, where he was actively involved in operations along the Line of Control with Pakistan, the Line of Actual Control with China and Counter Terrorist operations.

Ayaansh Leadership Academy provides an Integrated Course that includes the 11th and 12th science curriculum from SSC and CBSE (Mission NDA). In addition, students are given classes on SSB orientation, physical fitness, communication skills, and personality development programmes to help them prepare for the NDA written examination. Our knowledgeable faculty offers academic support as well as specialist preparation for the Defence Entrance Exams.
The necessary subject-wise syllabus is covered throughout the first half of the course to help students cope with the basic ideas and improve knowledge of the exam syllabus. Following that, subject-specific mock exams and overall mock tests are held under examination settings and timings. The difficulty level of the mock tests is gradually increased to make students aware of their degree of preparation. Students are provided constructive feedback to assist them improve their performance.
The goal of this course is to help students recognise their own strengths and limitations, thus commencing a transformational process, increasing their overall confidence, and providing them with a good attitude towards life. The programme is open to all students enrolled in courses at Ayaansh Leadership Academy.
